Dispatch & Delivery Times

We make every effort to ship your goods within 3 working days of your order being placed.

• UK Delivery: All orders within the UK are delivered via Royal Mail, using either the 'Signed For' or 'Special Delivery' service.

• International Delivery: For orders outside of the UK, please allow 5–10 working days from the date of shipping for your delivery to arrive.

Delays & Communication

Should there be a delay beyond these timeframes, we will contact you via email to provide a clear reason for the delay and an updated delivery schedule.

Important Delivery Notes

• Address Accuracy: To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that the address provided at the time of order is correct and accurate. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to sign for and accept the package from the delivery service.

• First-Time Orders: For security purposes, your first order with us must be delivered to the billing address that matches your bank card.

• Delivery Address: We will deliver your goods to the specific address provided during the checkout process.
